Where do I file a complaint
To file a complaint, you may notify your account manager or call customer service in your region.
Should I share my credentials
Chase recommends that you do not give out financial information such as checking account and credit card
numbers and especially your Social Security Number (US) or Social Insurance Number (CA)
on the phone unless you initiate the call and know the person or organization you're dealing with.
Don't give that information to any stranger, even one claiming to be from Chase.
You should also never share your business merchant account username and password with an
employee. If an employee meeds access to your business's merchant account, you or the person
you designate as account admin must login and provision the appropriate level of access to that
employee. If you need help provisioning access for employees, please contact customer service in
your region.
What should I do if I suspect fraud
If you notice suspicious activity in your accounts, report it immediately to the appropriate parties. You may report
fraud to your account manager, call customer service, or contact customer service in your region.
